About Giddiup

A Wealth of Experience

Our Story

Established in 1999 by fine furniture maker, sculptor and keen horseman Hugh Parry-Okeden, Giddiup has grown from a small post and rail fencing business into a large building company. Significantly, Hugh remains involved in every level of the business and ensures that he personally directs each project.

Our Experience

Over 20 years we’ve worked with a range of high profile clients – including Olympic equestrian riders – to develop many of NSW’s premier equine properties, luxury rural developments and popular commercial venues. This includes William Inglis Riverside Stables Complex , Sydney International Equestrian Centre, Sydney Polo Club, Arunga Polo Club, Simeon Stud and The Grounds Cafe in Alexandria (to see these works please refer to the image gallery).

Our Work Ethic

We’ve also worked with a number of media production companies in the creation of movie and advertising sets. Having worked hard to forge our reputation, we remain committed to providing superior service, attention to detail, unique creativity and complete customer satisfaction. Employing many local trades-people and utilising regional businesses, we also believe in investing in our local community.

Our Values

Today, we’re an active sponsor of charities and local sports including The Ride for Life, Chris O’Brian Lighthouse Foundation, SIEC Eventing and Windsor Polo Club. If you think we can help your charity please get in touch.
